"Trimlight of Northwest Ohio was amazing during the entire process from the phone call to the estimate, to install and setup. James and Tim were amazing to work with. I had them quote my new construction house and James came out fast to get measurements and a quote together. The entire crew was quick and respectful of the property. James kept me updated throughout the process as we had to meet certain targets of home completion before final installation could occur. Final installation was quick and timely missing the snow even though my particular house was more challenging due to design. Tim was very helpful and got all the wiring set up and showed me how to use the system. Even after completion, James came out within an hour of me calling him that a wire needed to be moved for a contractor at my house. I have no doubt that if something does go wrong that they would not hesitate to come out and fix it. I look forward to working with them again for future work. Thank you for an awesome experience, and I love my lights!"

"One of the best companies I've had a pleasure to deal with in a very long time. Tim, James and team are some of the most friendly most business owners in the industry. My project was very large, and they were very accommodating. I had 3 or 4 bids to install the proper lighting colors for my size project, but I could not be happier. All my neighbors are asking the different changes in lights that take place over the block, as well as passers by for the holidays, etc. Whenever I or any questions they were quick to respond and handle anything I needed. I would strongly recommend going with them as their customer service is top notch. You will not be disappointed."

100% WORTH THE MONEY
"Just had a great experience with these guys. James and Tim were both first class, very professional and did an outstanding job on our house. We had 3 quotes initially to get the price quote and he was very thorough. The pricing was right in line with other quotes but after our own research felt like the Trimlight quality was much better. We signed on with them and provided the 50% deposit. We asked roughly when we could expect install and they were up front with us and said they weren't 100% sure and it would depend on the lead time for the materials. They had to match our gutter color and it was a special order. It also matched well and I would dare anyone to see the track unless you point it out to them. They updated us a weekend and installed the week around it. At the end of the install there was one minor issue and Tim agreed to come back out in a couple days to troubleshoot. They wrapped up at like 5pm on a Sunday which was already late. Tim stayed in communication with me and was out in the next 2 days. Everything is working perfectly now and the app is easy to use. One cool added feature is the preloaded color schemes out of the box... I normally appreciate the work they did, the communication and the overall experience from start to finish with these guys. I would highly recommend and have already passed along their info to a handful of neighbors and friends who have asked about it. 100% worth the money and I don't have to worry about getting on my roof to install lights for the next 20 plus years. I'm sure you guys will see this out but want to say thanks again fellas."
